Defective Products. Most of our products include a one year product warranty. See your product literature or speak with a member of our team for details. Product found to be defective can be returned within 30 days from the date of purchase/installation for a replacement of its similar, or for a full refund. After 30 days, customer will need to make a warranty claim directly to the product manufacturer. In some cases, Louisa’s Electronics may be able to advocate for customer once the manufacturer claim has been generated. Customer will be responsible for any installation, programming or freight charges for the replacement of any product found to be defective after 30 days from the date of purchase/installation.
The Product Does Not Meet Your Needs. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you will need to contact the store regarding any cancellation or return. Delivered products in use are not returnable. Any returned products must be free of any cosmetic damage and must include original box, packaging, remote controls, manuals, cables or other accessories. Products that do not meet these requirements may not be eligible for return or will incur a 25% percent restocking fee. Any product that has been installed or attempted to be installed cannot be returned. Special order products may not be returned.
Internet Service and Media Streaming Services Successful performance of many products and services provided by Louisa’s Electronics are subject to availability of reliable Internet connection. Louisa's Electronics is not an Internet Service Provider (ISP). As such, Louisa's has no control or responsibility for Internet speeds, reliability or outages. It is the customer’s sole responsibility to contract Internet service through the ISP of their choice. Any networking configurations provided by Louisa’s are for the distribution of an Internet service signal once delivered to the demarcation point of the home or business. Internet speeds, reliability and outages are the exclusive responsibility of the ISP and of any third-party servers whose content is being accessed. Reliability of third-party content providers is not covered in the warranty for any products which integrate such media platforms, apps, software or other third-party services. Standard service rates will apply for troubleshooting issues related to customer’s ISP or third-party integrations, streaming services, apps or other content providers.
Sales TaxIn-state orders will be charged the applicable sales tax based upon where the end user takes possession of the goods. Out of state orders will not be charged sales tax.
